Order Confirmation & Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient's unavailability, it is the recipient's responsibility.

Undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse, and re-shipping fees may apply.

Customers who refuse to accept their COD orders may have future COD privileges revoked.
